The present Terms and Conditions of Sale govern the sale by Scout Resources Sàrl (SCORE) to you, as the client, of all products presented on the worldscoutshop.org website. These terms are applicable to all sales unless other terms have been established, notably those prevailing for national Scout associations that are members of WOSM or their authorized Scout Shops. The Terms of Use (Article 9) apply to anyone connecting to the worldscoutshop.org website, whether as a client or not. Please read these terms carefully before using the worldscoutshop.org website. By using the worldscoutshop.org website, you signify your agreement to be bound by these terms.
Scout Resources Sàrl (SCORE) reserves the right to update the Terms and Conditions of Sale and Use at any time. It is your responsibility to ensure that you have read, and agree with, the latest Terms and Conditions of Sale and Use prior to using worldscoutshop.org
ARTICLE 1 – APPLICABLE LAW - LITIGATION
The original language of these Terms and Conditions of Sale and Use is French. In the event of any discrepancy between the French text of the Terms and Conditions of Sale and Use and the English translation, the French text shall prevail.
These Terms and Conditions of Sale and Use shall be governed by and construed in accordance with French law and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the French courts.
In the event of legal proceedings, you agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the French courts.
